Sarah has devoted many years to the study and practice of the healing arts, and believes that we all hold the potential for perfect health and wellness.
She was trained at the Guild for Structural Integration in Kaua’i, where she studied primarily with Emmett Hutchins. One of the original teachers designated by Dr. Rolf to carry on her lineage, Emmett has been teaching for close to 40 years. He is known for passing on his profound understanding of the physical, philosophical, and spiritual aspects of the work.
Sarah’s extensive studies in Yoga, Ayurveda and Lomi Lomi also add to her rich perception of the nature of healing. She is currently living in Kaua’i and Uruguay with her husband and daughter, and is grateful to be assisting so many in their own journey to balance and expansion.
